Warranty
All replacement parts are guaranteed to be free of defects in material or workmanship for 90 days. Parts found defective within the warranty period may be exchanged at the factory without charge. Thermostats must be returned with the capillary tubes intact for warranty coverage to apply, otherwise, the warranty is void. The Montague Company will not be responsible for labor charges, transportation charges, or product damage incidental to replacements.

This warranty applies to all parts installed in accordance with the manufacture’s instructions

Shipping Policy
The Montague Company will endeavor to ship customers orders the least expensive way. Most orders ship via UPS. If the weight or size of order prohibits shipping by UPS, the customer will be notified of an alternate shipping method. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box; a physical address must be supplied


Freight Damage
Please note that your order was carefully inspected and packed by skilled personnel before leaving the factory. The transportation company assumed full responsibility for safe delivery upon acceptance of this shipment. In cases of freight damage, call this to the attention of carrier and make note of damages delivery receipt, and signed by person making delivery, before accepting shipment. File claim for damages with the freight company immediately. In cases of concealed damage, save all packaging, immediately notify carrier of your findings and intention to file claim. All orders for replacement parts due to freight damage will be invoiced under our regular terms. Any reimbursement or credit must come from the freight company.
