Montague comes through once again with our high performance infrared
salamander broilers: the SB36/SB34 and SB3618. The SB36 and SB34 use
a rapid start infrared ceramic tile burner rated at 32,000 BTUs/hr
while the SB3618 utilizes a cast iron burner with tow rows of ceramic
radiants and is rated at a whopping 42,000 BTUs/hr! Both burners generate
intense infrared heat to cook quickly and efficiently with minimum
shrinkage.
