Like our gas models, Vectaire bakery depth electric convection ovens are high-powered units designed to keep up with your operation. Available with a whopping 15kW power rating, they are the most powerful ovens in their class. This means you'll get fast, consistent results without having to worry about recovery times.

Features:

  • Porcelainized 16 gauge steel interior
  • Large 27" wide by 27" deep and 20 ½" high (68.6cm x 68.6cm x 52.1cm) oven chamber
  • Five 26" x 27" (66.0cm x 68.6cm) bright nickel racks with rack stop and non-tip feature
  • 6 heating elements rated at 2.5kW each
  • Elements are grouped in two sets of three to ensure uniform cooking temperatures, fast preheat and quick recovery
  • 4" (10.2cm) of insulation compressed to 2" (5.1cm) within metal sheathing
  • Moisture Vent
  • Snap acting electric switch-type thermostat with temperature range of 200ºF to 500ºF (93ºC - 260ºC) with "On/Ready" indicator light
  • Automatic shut off of fan and heating elements when door is opened
  • Separate rocker switch for fan operation with oven Cool-Down mode
  • Momentary "On" rocker switch controls two interior oven lights
  • One hour electric timer standard, digital and programmable "Cook-n-Hold" timers optional
  • Gusset style legs (black) standard; painted or stainless steel cabinet base, stainless steel modular stand or stainless steel gusset style legs optional
  • Satin stainless steel front standard, remaining exterior black
  • Single speed ¾ HP pancake type motor standard; two speed motor optional
  • Split-type vertical opening doors with double pane thermal viewing window
  • Available as single or double stacked units
  • Available in 208 or 240 volts, single or three phase, 50 or 60
